The Keene Pumpkin Festival Vendor Registration

All booth spaces are 12 x 12. Booth spaces will be pre-assigned, you must stay within your allotted space. If you need a space bigger than 12 x 12 then please make sure to purchase more than one ticket.

Yes, all vendors are required to provide their own insurance. Vendors will be required to supply proof of at least $2 million liability insurance with the name of the insured contractor and additional insured being Otonabee South-Monaghan Township and The Keene Pumpkin Festival.

Set up begins at 7 AM and once vendors have unloaded, they will be shown how to find the parking area. Note vendors must unload prior to 8 AM and then go and park their vehicles in the designated parking area.

There will not be car access on the roads after 8 AM if you arrive late, you will need to park and walk your product and supplies to the vendor area. Cars are not allowed on the street during the event.

Please be sure your booth is well laid out and not hazard to others. Please review and comply with fire safety requirements for the use of tents or air support structures.

If you are a food vendor, please review Peterborough Public Health Special Events Food Vendor Requirements, and supply a copy of your food safety inspection ASAP.
