Rameez Karim is a Montreal-based choreographer, instructor, and performer whose movement draws from Bollywood as well as Indian classical and folk dance forms. Don’t miss this chance to train with one of Canada’s leading Bollywood artists!
About Rameez Karim:
Rameez Karim is a Montreal-based choreographer, performer, and instructor whose work blends Bollywood with Indian classical, folk, and contemporary dance. He has trained with renowned choreographers including Saroj Khan, Shampa Gopikrishna, and Paul Becker, and holds a BFA in Contemporary Dance from Concordia University. Rameez has performed internationally and collaborated with artists like Priyanka Chopra, Diljit Dosanjh, and Marc Dupré. He founded Veils of Bollywood in 2019 to make dance more accessible and culturally inclusive, and the company has since made historic appearances on Quebec television and organized the province’s first Indian dance festival. His work has been featured at major festivals and supported by awards from the Conseil des Arts de Montréal and Concordia University.
