An Invitation to Unite in Yoga, Community & Conscious Living - International Day of Yoga at White Rock Pier – Canada’s Longest Pier | June 21
Join us for a truly special morning on the iconic White Rock Pier—the longest pier in Canada—as we come together to honour the International Day of Yoga, hosted by Kevala Yoga in collaboration with the City of White Rock.
This year’s global theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” serves as a timely reminder that our well-being is inseparable from the well-being of our planet and community.
This gathering is more than just a yoga session. It's a chance to return to the roots of traditional yoga—with movement, breathwork, reflection, and wisdom that nourishes body, mind, and spirit. Together, we’ll experience the deeper essence of yoga: unity, presence, and inner stillness.
As we gather in community, we are reminded of the profound strength that arises when we unite with shared purpose and intention. The collective energy of a community nourishes and supports each individual, creating a space where all efforts are amplified and fulfillment is found.
In this spirit, we’d like to share a timeless saying that beautifully captures the essence of community: “संगह की शक्ति से कार्य में सिद्धि होती है” — With the strength of community, all efforts find fulfillment.
Come as you are. Bring your mat or take a seat. Move, breathe, and simply be—with others, for yourself, and for the earth.
Children are warmly welcome to join in and experience the joy of shared movement and presence.
We warmly encourage you to invite your family and friends to join in this meaningful celebration of yoga, community, and shared well-being. Let’s unite and spread this opportunity for connection far and wide—everyone is welcome.
