A Practical Meditation Half-day Course
for Everyday Life
Overcoming anxiety means more than coping with stress. It means replacing the root causes of our worries with powerful, confident attitudes. We can do this through meditation. In this experiential workshop, we will explore where anxiety comes from, how to reduce and eliminate its causes, and learn how to create healthy mental habits for peace. The class will include ample time for meditation, discussion and questions.
No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
