Each week we will focus on how to deal with a particular delusion, among them – desirous attachment, anger/resentment, jealousy, miserliness, distraction, lonliness … Learning practical methods to reduce the power of these delusions will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us skill to be the person we wish to be – positive, joyful, confident and loving. We will learn how to identify each delusion, and learn the opponent to each.

Everyone is welcome to one class or the entire series. You don’t have to be a Buddhist or have any experience. Each week includes Guided meditation, a talk, discussion & questions.
