As usual, the Australian Wine Society of Toronto (AWS) has its own special way of welcoming the beginning of summer - a wine and hors d'oeuvre reception on the outdoor deck, after which we will enjoy a wonderful meal provided by NYC culinary team. As usual, Cellar Master Joe Gentile has selected matching wines for our enjoyment.

Cost will be $132.50 for AWS and NYC members, $145 for guests of AWS members on the same reservation and $155 for guests and non-members. A no-wine option is also available at $115. All taxes and gratuities are included.

Our three course dinner will include:

First Course (choice of one)

  • GRILLED PEACH and SPINACH SALAD - Goat cheese, toasted pecans, maple roasted endive, tarragon dressing
  • SHRIMP AND AVOCADO SALAD - Garlic mayo, toasted Schiacciata, tomato relish, pickled onions, arugula

Main Course (choice of one)

  • BACON WRAPPED BEEF TENDERLOIN - Roasted creamer potatoes, garlic spinach, heirloom tomatoes, chive butter.
  • PAN SEARED PACIFIC COD - Roasted corn, avocado, lime and basil relish, creamer potatoes, garlic aioli

Dessert Course (choice of one)

  • LEMON TART - Raspberry sorbet, fresh mint cream
  • CHOCOLATE TARTUFO - With fresh berries
