42nd Annual Edmonton Academy Awards and Graduation Night

Welcome to the 42nd Annual Edmonton Academy Awards and Graduation Night! Join us for a night of celebration as we honour our students' achievements and applaud our 2025 graduates. The event will take place at the Fantasyland Hotel on Friday, June 06, 2025 starting at 5:30 PM. Get ready to enjoy a delicious dinner, awards presentations, graduation ceremony, and a fun dance. Don't miss out on this unforgettable evening!

The event will be held in the Beverly Hills Ballroom at the Fantasyland Hotel in West Edmonton Mall. During the awards presentation, all students will receive an award for their learning and/or academic accomplishments, and the 2025 recipients will be announced for the Citizenship, Physical Education, and Art Awards. The presentations will conclude with the Grade XII Graduation Ceremonies, recognizing the Graduating Class of 2025.

The cost of the evening for parents and/or other family members you may wish to invite will be $80.00 per guest. Current Edmonton Academy students will be the guests of the school and there will be no charge for their attendance. Please use the promo code FREESTUDENT for booking student seats only. The event will begin at 5:30 pm for a social hour where guests can access a cash bar for alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage options. Dinner will be served at 6:45 pm and the Awards and Graduation Ceremonies will follow.

Back by popular demand, there will be a photo booth available during the social hour (5:30 – 6:45 pm and after the program). Guests will have an opportunity to buy raffle tickets for baskets that have been assembled by our Edmonton Academy Fundraising Association, as a school fundraiser, and following the Awards/Graduation Ceremonies there will be a short dance.

Blue tables are reserved for EA graduates and their families. Green tables are reserved for EA staff and board. If your child isn't graduating, please select seating at a vacant pink seat/table.

Accommodations can be made for dietary requirements and allergies. Please indicate your needs by listing the guest name, followed by the dietary restriction, after placing your order, when prompted.

Please note this is not a staff-supervised event; therefore, students in grades 8 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
