About the Instructor
Erin has been practicing Yoga for 15 years and Pilates for 20. She received her YTT200 in 2021 through Big Bliss in Kitchener and her Pilates certification in 2014 through The Physical Mind Institute. She combines the two different modalities to create a faster paced, interesting and challenging workout for both the body and the mind.
When not practicing yoga, Erin loves animals and nature. She spends her time with her horse Miss Twizzle, her dogs Bash and Moira Rose, and her goats. She also loves to hang out on the couch and watch a movie. Erin works as a Special Needs teacher for the region and brings her yoga practice into the classroom to help the students regulate their emotions and calm themselves. She believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone and it's about thinking creatively to make it happen.
