Are there any special requirements in the gardens?

*This is an outdoor event which occurs rain or shine. Please use care and discretion as you walk through wet or damp gardens and on pathways and steps.

Must I bring a printed ticket to the event?

No, your entry is via wristband to each garden site. You will be required to give your name at on arrival and may be asked to show your ticket purchase receipt as proof of payment if your order is not on our online purchasers' list. The garden entry wristband is obtained by checking in at the Welcome Centre at the Uxbridge Arena (9AM-12PM) at the start of your tour day. Your online ticket purchase will be verified at the Welcome Centre where you will then recieve the tour map and wristbands. Please make the Welcome Centre your first stop of the day.

It is recommended that you conveniently access your tickets through the Eventbrite mobile app or save your tickets as images or add to Apple Wallet or similar option, at the time of purchase. If needed, attendees can still access a PDF (printable) ticket through the Eventbrite app or website and click on the tickets icon on the top right of the page. The Welcome Centre volunteers will have a record of all online ticket purchases made prior to the tour day.

How do I get the Map to the gardens?

Your first stop upon arrival in Uxbridge will be at the Uxbridge Arena, located at 291 Brock St. W., Uxbridge. This is our Welcome & Information Centre location.

The Garden Tour check-in process happens outdoors in the parking lot on the west side of the Uxbridge Arena. Please follow the signs, entering the arena parking lot off of Brock St. W.

Our Welcome Centre is a drive-through format - No need to park or to get out of your vehicle. Simply tell our Welcome Centre volunteers your name and, if requested, show your tickets on your mobile device through the Eventbrite app when we approach your car. Volunteers will scan tickets and check guest names before providing each ticket holder with a wristband and one tour passport/map per vehicle. The passport booklet contains the driving map, the garden addresses, a suggested tour route, and detailed information about each garden featured on the tour.

Will tickets be sold on the day of the tour?

A limited number of tour tickets will be sold on the morning of the tour (cash or credit card accepted), but only while quantities last, and only if garden capacities permit. Day-of tickets can only be purchased at the Welcome Centre (Uxbridge arena) location. There are no ticket sales at the gardens.
